CARAS Gourmet was founded 1998 in Berlin by Georg Harenberg. Handmade, healthy and delicious food and great drinks are currently being sold at four locations in Berlin and since July 2020  in the Quartier 205 Stadtmitte. All products are manufactured in the production kitchen at Anhalter Bahnhof, flavor enhancers and convenience food are dispensed with and the raw materials are obtained from Berlin suppliers or from the Berlin wholesale market, all fresh every day.
